In 1972, Ronald Ochs founded Mid-America Boiler Works, and in 1987 expanded with his son, Tim Ochs to begin operations in the metal fabrication field. Their vision was to become a leading-edge
manufacturer in the metal fabrication industry. In 2007, Brandon Ochs, representing the third
generation of the family, proudly joined the operations, ensuring the legacy of excellence continues.
We provide top-of-the-line metal fabrication for a range of industries, including airline, agricultural,
industrial, lawncare, sports equipment, government, and off-road.
We provide service to companies located nationwide.

Operational questions/answers
Our company boasts a wide array of services and capabilities and is backed by a diverse range of cutting edge equipment, ensuring that we consistently produce top-notch products to meet our customers’ requirements.
We routinely work with mild and high carbon steels and stainless steels and aluminum, catering to a broad spectrum of manufacturing needs. Services we offer (not limited to) include press brake sheet metal, laser cutting, machining, tube and solid bar bending, welding, assembly, and hydraulic and diesel tank manufacturing.
Finishes available include power coat, plating, e-coat, primer-coat, chroming, heat-treat, surface hardening and dip-galvanizing. Read More
